Restore Utah is currently focused on multifamily acquisitions. Restore seeks the nexus between enhancing communities by providing quality affordable housing for low and moderate income families and earning an acceptable return for its investors.
Multifamily Acquisitions Since 2013, Restore has launched two multifamily strategies focused on small to mid-size Class B and C multifamily assets throughout the mountain states. Restore has invested over $100mm in multifamily assets, focused on rehabbing and repositioning value added properties.
Single Family Investments Restore Utah was founded to stabilize neighborhoods by acquired existing single family homes in Salt Lake, Davis and Weber counties. The firm has acquired over 500 homes, investing over $90mm. Restore continues to own an operate this unique and affordable rental portfolio.
New Development Restore’s principals combine 40+ years of land entitlement and development experience, as well as ground up construction of single and multifamily properties. Restore’s pricipal’s have held positions at major development and homebuilding firms include Kennecott Land, Lennar and Catellus Residential. Restore will make select investments of $2-$20mm in land entitlement and development projects, as well as single and multifamily construction.
